What You Will Do
Manage and develop change management strategies and plans aligned with core methodology.
Integrate appropriate change management techniques into established plans.
Execute change management plans and associated activities including stakeholder analysis and management, organizational readiness assessments, impact analysis, communications and training.
Advocate to stakeholders regarding implications of the future state on strategy, people, process and technology.
Deploy change management techniques (communication, training, focus groups, etc.) to support the transition to the future state.
Lead the identification of change risks and collaboratively develop mitigation approaches.
Gather and analyze detailed information about process design, role impact, and organizational impact, providing recommendations for organization preparation.
Manage delivery of end‑user training, communications, and follow‑up activities, including effectiveness assessment.
Generate and maintain executive‑level advocacy and stakeholder buy‑in for implementation projects.
Support impacted businesses with frameworks and information to minimize organizational risks.
Measure effectiveness of change management plans and adjust as necessary.
Leverage entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships with clients and the community.
Invest in professional development through firm‑wide learning programs.

Change Management
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and stakeholder plans.
Act proactively as an advocate, communicating implications, risks and mitigation strategies across strategy, people, processes and technology.
Analyze process design to assess impact on roles and organizational structure; create future‑state operating models.
Deliver training, communications and effectiveness assessment.
Measure and report on effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Project Management
Develop project approaches and plans from conceptual understanding to delivery.
Lead critical phases: design, build, test, and deployment.
Coordinate and delegate tasks, ensuring effective resource allocation and deadlines.
Track and report progress, risks, issues and forecast delivery targets.
Document all project details: business cases, requirements, implementation plans, scope changes.
Facilitate project meetings, record notes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Oversee hand‑offs and smooth transitions upon completion.
Process Analysis & Business Analysis
Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
Analyze process design, functional needs and application requirements.
Create deliverables: use case diagrams, process flows, wireframes, conceptual data models.
Reconcile conflicts, distinguishing user requests from underlying needs.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating needs into specifications.
Execute test plans, including requirements‑based and user acceptance testing.
Recommend process improvements and future‑state operating models.
Support build vs. buy decisions and technical onboarding/off‑boarding of employees.
Successful Candidates Will Have
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, MIS or related field.
Minimum of two years of related experience in project management, change management, and business analysis; consulting experience preferred.
Strong management, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; highly developed Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Project and portfolio management software experience highly preferred (e.g., Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project/Planner, Planview, Asana).
Ability to collaborate well, provide exceptional client service, and commit to continuous learning.
Certifications such as PMP, Agile frameworks, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are highly desirable.
Experience with full‑lifecycle application development (requirements gathering, use‑case development, system analysis, design, integration, testing, deployment).
Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed and work outside normal business hours due to client demands.
The compensation range for this role is $85,910 to $162,890. Actual compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
