Mt. San Jacinto College
We have an exciting opportunity for a Superintendent/President serving the Mt. San Jacinto College District. We are seeking an experienced and visionary educational leader and administrator who understands and is passionate about the community college mission. The Superintendent/President will have the opportunity to build on the District's reputation for excellence in student success and service to the communities it serves. They also will face the positive challenge of booming enrollments that require the skillful acquisition and management of fiscal resources and community partnerships throughout a large geographical area.

Required Qualifications 1. Doctorate degree from an accredited institution
2. Significant senior‑level executive experience in a community college
3. Demonstrated understanding of the teaching and learning process
4. Demonstrated sensitivity and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic background of community college students, faculty, and staff
