Position Summary This is a full‑time Primary Care float FNP role offering 30–40 hours per week with a weekend requirement of 3/6 weekends. The float will cover a 50‑mile radius of clinics.

You Will
Provide primary and family evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
Perform administrative duties, including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other health‑care professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.
Required Qualifications
Administer immunizations and injections (including but not limited to COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide evidence‑based vaccine counseling and education.
Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
Proficiency in English and, depending on the market, at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish) acceptable.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.
Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
Preferred Qualifications
If less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider, prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred, but not required.
Epic experience preferred.
Education
Master’s degree‑level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
Pay Range $41.85 – $90.13 per hour. This is the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
