About the Role We need a Senior Manager to design and apply methods to govern the entire lifecycle of data assets, ensuring protection and monetization. The role involves data governance, data management strategy, SAP integration and client delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong understanding of data governance and management principles.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading teams and managing organizational change within complex organizations.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Ability to initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and documentation.
Expertise in project and program delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to develop creative solutions for complex problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience working with SAP modules and full‑cycle implementations.
Strong knowledge of Data Privacy principles.
Expertise in Master Data Management and Data Governance frameworks.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Strategy and Metadata Management.
Prior consulting experience and ability to travel.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture.
Proficiency in enterprise SAP Data Migration and Master Data Governance.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
