Base pay range: $68,464.00/yr – $96,489.00/yr.
Job Description Infosys is seeking a Salesforce Test Lead. As a Salesforce Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will collaborate with top talent to create innovative, high‑quality, defect‑free solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Responsibilities
Conduct requirement analysis.
Define test strategy and test design.
Lead test execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create defect‑free solutions.
Participate in test planning, scrum calls, and prepare test plans.
Perform system, integration, end‑to‑end, and automation testing.
Document test evidence and raise defects until resolution.
Maintain traceability between requirements and automation scripts.
Guide the team in creating automation scripts and define best practices.
Review test cases, scripts, execution, and results; produce completion reports.
Interface with customers for issue resolution and review knowledge management activities.
Escalate risks/issues to Program Manager/Product Owner.
Maintain analytical, problem‑solving, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Work with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Use tools such as Selenium, Provar, Copado CRT, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without employer‑based visa sponsorship (Infosys does not sponsor visas for this role).
Must be located within commuting distance of Pennington, NJ or be willing to relocate; the position may require travel in the U.S. and Canada.
Experience with Software Development and Software Development life cycles (Waterfall/Agile).
Preferred Experience
4+ years of Salesforce Testing and Automation.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Selenium, Provar, Copado CRT, and other automation tools.
Experience writing testing strategies, test plans, and hands‑on test execution.
Participation in test planning and preparation; representation of QA team in scrum calls.
Preparation of test plans for projects.
Estimation of effort for manual and automation tests.
Execution of system, integration, end‑to‑end, and automation tests.
Recording test evidence to demonstrate coverage.
Defect management from raising to resolution.
Collaboration with business users to refine test approach.
Defining automation standards and best practices.
Conducting feasibility analysis for test case automation.
Maintaining traceability between requirements and automation scripts.
Guiding the team in creating automation scripts.
Reviewing test cases, scripts, execution, and results.
Producing test completion reports.
Undertaking defect prevention activities.
Interface with customers for issue resolution and knowledge management activities.
