Dimensional Inspection Supervisor, GD&T/FAI Specialist
Halcyon Manufacturing is searching for a leader who will drive inspection excellence in a modern contract manufacturing environment. In this role you will perform in‑process, receiving and final inspections; program and run Zeiss CMMs; and support the transition to digital inspection planning.

Full‑time; overtime as needed
Shift:
Day shift (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday; weekends/OT as needed)
Compensation:
$40.00 /hr – $50.00 /hr (DOE)
Responsibilities
Use calipers, micrometers, height and pin gauges, and surface plates to inspect close‑tolerance parts.
Program and operate Zeiss (or equivalent) CMMs for dimensional inspections.
Plan, execute, and document AS9102 First Article Inspections using High QA or equivalent.
Partner with machinists to support in‑process checks and final part release.
Verify conformance to drawings, specifications and tolerances; maintain meticulous records.
Support internal and external audits and contribute to the development of standardized, digital inspection processes.
Qualifications
5+ years in mechanical QC within a precision machining environment.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and complex print interpretation.
Demonstrated CMM programming capability; Zeiss experience preferred.
AS9102 FAI proficiency; familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 frameworks.
Comfort with High QA or similar inspection planning/reporting tools.
Excellent communication, teamwork, organization and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
