About the Role Enterprise Account Executive – US
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new customer acquisition in the US market for our AI patent drafting product across the Legal & IP market. Your responsibilities will include establishing new relationships with law firms and large enterprise clients, articulating the value and ROI of DeepIP, and managing the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing and ongoing relationship management.
Responsibilities
Create and oversee a targeted account list, handling every stage of the sales process from initial outreach, product demonstration, contract close, to nurturing the relationship.
Master MEDDIC, maintain excellent pipeline documentation and hygiene in CRM, ensure a 3X pipeline coverage, and achieve your quota consistently.
Establish and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges.
Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to represent market insights, enhance messaging, and drive the product roadmap forward.
Deliver product demos and presentations to demonstrate the value of DeepIP.
Contribute to improving the sales playbook to support scalability, capturing insights and best practices that can be leveraged across different accounts.
Qualifications
True hunter profile – at least 2 years as a BDR, demonstrating excellence in handcrafted, highly qualitative prospection on an educated and demanding persona.
2–3 years of experience as an AE in a demanding vertical SaaS environment, with a strong record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Proven successful track record of selling $50k–$250k ACV software solutions, with the ability to lead complex, multi‑threaded sales and convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Excited about prospecting and capable of independently leading a full sales cycle from start to finish.
Demonstrated passion for DeepIP’s mission and a strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in the IP sector.
Understands DeepIP’s business model and implements sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities and reduce competitive threats.
Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.
Constantly leads by example through impeccable integrity, professionalism, and a customer‑centric mindset.
