Job Overview This individual will play a key role in supporting the growing employee advisor channel by providing HR Business Partner support across our field administration and field operations groups, with varying employee affiliations. This individual will support our people leaders responsible for managing support staff in various geographic locations across the United States. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Human Resources across various disciplines and will operate with a sense of urgency to meet advisors, support staff and leadership expectations.
Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of comprehensive People programs, policies, and practices in support of company and client group business plans in performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation, talent management, change management, employee engagement, retention, professional development, culture, and inclusion.
Provide direct support to employees or business leaders in the employee advisor channel in creative problem solving and navigating People questions.
Advise, coach, and train people leaders and key stakeholders on new and revised processes.
Serve as a trusted partner to the business leaders, ensuring a strong partnership for driving business results and caring for our people.
Manage all aspects of performance management for assigned business units directly with people managers, ensuring consistency of application and appropriate documentation.
Responsible for intake and investigation of employee relations concerns, engaging investigations and legal teams as needed.
Lead and participate in cross‑functional project teams and assignments as necessary, often partnering with Compensation & Benefits; Talent Management Office; Learning Delivery; Culture & Engagement; Talent Acquisition; HR Ops, Systems & Analytics; and Corporate Communications.
Act as the voice of the internal client to facilitate improvements to HR policies, benefits, initiatives, processes.
Responsible for providing overall People support for business‑as‑usual matters in assigned business unit, providing creative and innovative solutions on complex problems.
Prepare and maintain materials to support initiatives across the broad client group in partnership with the larger People Business Partner team.
Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects, working closely with Workforce Analytics team and other partners.

Requirements
6+ years of professional and progressive experience in Human Resources.
Ability to partner effectively across the People team, including talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll and HR systems as well as cross‑functional partners including compliance, and legal.
Track record of strong professional partnerships with all levels of staff.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on managing data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Core Competencies
Proficient in HR Generalist skills such as Employee Relations, Talent Development, and Project Management.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times related to advisor and employee matters.
Strong orientation around customer service and employee experience focus and strong verbal/written communication skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to multi‑task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
Organized, self‑motivated, have strong time management skills and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
Comfortable learning, navigating and leveraging systems and tools such as Workday, Smartsheet and Copilot.
Preferences
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience working within the financial services industry.
HR Professional Certification (HRCI or SHRM).
Pay Range $98,325-$163,875/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
