The Role: Barbaricum is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Journeyman) to support special operations and intelligence requirements through OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. This role will apply OSINT tools and all-source repositories to generate relevant intelligence and support targeting, HUMINT lead development, and operational planning.

Responsibilities:

Conduct OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting to support mission requirements

Support targeting and special operations missions through publicly available and commercially available data exploitation

Use all-source tools, databases, and repositories to support analytic production and research

Apply OSINT/PAI tools and research methodologies to identify relevant information and derive insights

Contribute to intelligence products and briefings supporting operational and leadership audiences

Maintain clear written products and support team-level collaboration in fast-paced environments

Required Qualifications:

Active DoD Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility

Minimum 4 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community

Minimum 1 year of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting

Prior OSINT analytic support to special operations preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated at both team and executive levels

Proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories

Strong working knowledge of OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories

Strong background in one or more of the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, geo‑political analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, geospatial analysis, bulk data analysis, public records research and analysis, or investigative analysis

Strong written communications skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS‑13 level or above
