Hourly Pay Rate: $48 hourly (W‑2), $61 hourly (1099)
Physical Therapist Job Duties
Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow.
Supervise PTAs daily.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting whose care relates to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
Physical Therapists employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive
