Vancouver Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented
Accounting Manager
to support core accounting operations and assist leadership through long-term ERP implementation. This role will not have direct reports and will be deeply involved in month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Support monthly GL close process and drive adherence to deadlines, including reviewing journal entries prepared by others, accounting schedules, and financial statements. Prepare and record journal entries to avoid financial misstatements Review of financial statements and variance reporting for the month Review, resolve, and maintain account reconciliation Assist with financial audit preparation, maintaining general ledger accounts, divisions, departments, and other segments to achieve accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting
required
(CPA/Master's degree strongly preferred) Financial management experience in a large, complex business with over 60 departments and $400 million in revenue
required 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance
required 5+ years of experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
Pay Range: $107,740.00 - $161,610.00

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
