Position Overview
Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid) – located in the firm’s Boston, MA office. Griffin Law LLC seeks a highly organized and detail‑oriented attorney passionate about high‑quality advocacy, thriving in a collaborative environment, and eager to take on meaningful litigation responsibilities including discovery, court appearances, client meetings, and appellate work.
Base Pay Range $125,000 – $175,000 per year.
Additional Compensation Annual bonus – discretionary based on individual performance.

Responsibilities
Draft written discovery requests and responses
Perform legal research
Draft motions, legal memoranda, court and client communications
Appear in court for motions and trials
Meet with witnesses and clients
Work closely with the principal attorney on a variety of civil litigation matters
Collaborate with colleagues to support firm operations as needed
Requirements
A JD from an accredited law school & licensed to practice in Massachusetts
4+ years of litigation experience
Strong familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with discovery and motion practice
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Knowledge of construction law and real estate law
