Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Family Law Associate Attorney
to join a busy and well-established family law practice in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for a court-ready attorney who can manage cases independently and contribute to a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of family law matters independently
Represent clients in court, including hearings and appearances
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation documents
Manage cases involving divorce, custody, support, and related matters
Communicate effectively with clients and manage expectations
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff
Contribute to firm growth through client service and potential business development
Required Qualifications
2–10+ years of
Family Law experience
Strong experience in:
Child custody
Child and spousal support
Modification and contempt hearings
Regular courtroom experience (Massachusetts courts preferred)
Ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
Preferred / Plus Qualifications
Existing book of business or referral network
Prior experience working in a high-volume family law environment
Strong litigation and courtroom skills
Interest in contributing to long-term practice growth
Compensation
