Position Overview
Center Director – 40 hours, Full time – Woburn Creative Start Center.
The Center Director will lead the Woburn Creative Start Center, ensuring that all Head Start program mandates and standards for excellence are met daily. The role involves close collaboration with the Education Manager to deliver high‑quality early childhood programs that comply with EEC licensing requirements.
Pay Range $27.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Responsibilities
Assure that all Head Start program mandates and standards for excellence are met on a daily basis at the Woburn Creative Start Center.
Work closely with the Education Manager to provide a high‑quality early childhood center implementing all EEC licensing requirements.
Qualifications
Must be Director II certified by the Department of Early Education & Care.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
