General Manager (04449) – 2531 E Lyon Station Rd, Ste G As a Domino’s Pizza General Manager, you will lead the entire store operation and be responsible for delivering a high‑performance, cash‑handling, and customer‑service‑focused environment. You will receive training in leadership, coaching, Domino’s Pizza Guiding Principles, communication, and time management. You will build a strong team and be eligible for company‑sponsored rewards and recognition. General Managers and District Managers are treated as owners and receive a percentage of the store’s profits each month.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Ensure all policy and procedures are followed 100% of the time and model the same expectation for the crew.

Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management to maintain profitability.

Maintain perfect image, adhere to standards, provide great customer service, and ensure attendance and punctuality.

Maintain cleanliness of the store, marketing, and overall store environment.

General Store Team Duties

Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.

Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training & Development Orientation and training are provided on the job. Training focuses on leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Proficiency with basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and making correct monetary change.

Ability to navigate maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.

Proficiency in using a pizza cutter, pizza peel, and other kitchen tools.

Strong problem‑solving, judgment, and decision‑making abilities.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Standing for most of the shift; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum floors.

Short‑duration walking between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.

Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds and carrying of trays weighing up to 24 inches.

Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting while stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.

Driving to deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required.

Exposure to varying temperatures – up to 90°F in the work area, and outdoor conditions during deliveries.

Compensation & Benefits The role offers a competitive base salary typical of the $200,000–$275,000 range, plus a profit‑sharing component that rewards performance each month.
