You want to be the boss? Well now’s your chance. Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically, General Managers. It’s a tough job that needs a natural like you. Of course, you’ll need some skills – judgment, math, and the ability to multi‑task.

Duties & Responsibilities General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!

Perform all duties of the Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.

Responsible for all store operations.

Greet customers and take orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone).

Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.

Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.

Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.

Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees to the back of the store.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Experience leading a team, managing 3 to 30 people, and using motivational skills to keep the team on track while creating a great workplace.

A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

A role model with punctuality, a positive attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and professional appearance.

A willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum age of 18 years.

You must also have access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Essential Functions / Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+ in some areas. Sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F+, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting for short periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying large cans and pizza sauce, carrying trays of pizza dough. Tasks performed from a standing position with short distances and durations.
