You want to be the boss? Now’s your chance – Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses, more specifically General Managers. It’s a tough job that needs a natural like you. You’ll need judgment, math, and ability to multi‑task.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
Responsible for all store operations.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone).
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
What Are We Looking For? The good news is we can teach you how to answer the phone and make a perfect pizza. But here are a few skills you should have to be a successful General Manager:
Experience leading a team; manage staff of 3 to 30 people and motivate them.
A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Work flexibility: open 7 days a week, weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work when the team needs you most.
Minimum age of 18 years old.

Qualifications General job duties for all store team members:
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Living & walking: Most tasks performed from a standing position, heights 36–48 inches.
Sitting: Typically done during paperwork at a desk.
Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs.
Carrying: Large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough up to 12 lb.
