Team of 1 APP and experienced support staff
Shared call - 1:4 rotation
Competitive compensation with a 2-year Salary Guarantee of $290,000 per year + production
$200,000 Bonus Package
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Relocation allowance up to $15,000
240 hours of paid annual time off
CME Allowance of $3,000

Qualifications
MD or DO - U.S. U.K. and Canadian trained physicians are welcome to apply
BE/BC in FM or OFM (U.S., U.K. and Canadian Board)
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
