What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a technical advisor for ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, promoting its benefits to stakeholders
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer data integration challenges and develop effective solutions
Design robust data architectures that support data ingestion, transformation, and analytics
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution
Drive sales targets through effective presales strategies focused on data integration solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
Strong technical background in data engineering with hands‑on experience in ETL processes and data modeling
Deep familiarity with integration technologies, including REST APIs and data pipelines
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and Python
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with low‑code/no‑code application development platforms
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform certifications (CSA, CAD)
Exposure to technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Generative AI
Consultative mindset focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Strong presentation skills to articulate complex technical solutions clearly
