What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a key technical advisor and advocate for the employer’s data products to business and technical stakeholders
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand complex data challenges and translate them into effective solutions
Develop innovative data architecture that supports data ingestion, transformation, integration, and analytics
Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful project execution
Support the presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to closing sales targets with tailored solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles with a focus on enterprise-scale data integration
Strong technical background in data engineering, including hands‑on experience with data ingestion tools and ETL processes
Deep familiarity with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, and data pipelines
Working knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, or Python
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with ServiceNow platform certifications (CSA, CAD)
Exposure to technologies such as Generative AI and data governance practices
Consultative mindset focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate complex technical solutions
