Global Leasing Firm seeks a
Tax Director
to oversee the corporate, partnership and global tax function. The role will manage and review the work of a team of 3. This role offers long term stability and excellent benefits, and will work on a hybrid basis with 2 days in office.
Base Pay Range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Requirements
10+ years experience with tax structuring and compliance for international finance and leasing transactions.
Strong knowledge of US and international partnership and corporation tax matters, including private investment funds and special purpose investment vehicles.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Excel skills are required.
