Senior Financial Reporting Systems Analyst

Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems to meet departmental and organizational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements. Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement in reporting processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards. Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and reporting tools. Develop and maintain documentation for systems processes and workflows. Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc reporting and analysis needs. Work closely with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. A successful Senior Accounting & Finance Reporting Systems Analyst should have: Strong technical expertise in financial reporting systems and tools. A background in the Accounting & Finance field, preferably within the professional services industry. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Ability to adapt to evolving systems and business needs.
