Earning potential of
$175,000–$350,000/year
(base +
30% of production )
$25,000 sign‑on bonus
($12,500 on first paycheck and $12,500 at renewal)
Guaranteed
$1,100/day
for the first 90 days, then
$1,000/day
thereafter

Primarily
PPO and insured patients

What You’ll Do
Restorative procedures
Surgical extractions
Other general and emergency dental treatments
Diagnose and present clear, ethical treatment plans
Coordinate with hygienists, assistants, and front office team to maintain an efficient schedule
Build long‑term relationships with patients through excellent chairside manner
Contribute to a positive, team‑based environment
Requirements
DEA license
Malpractice insurance
(or ability to obtain)
Competence and confidence with:
Surgical extractions
General restorative procedures
Strong communication and patient education skills
New grads and experienced dentists are welcome to apply; mentorship, growth opportunities, and
