About You As Deputy Chief Legal Counsel, Commercial, Real Estate, and Infrastructure, you are a trusted legal leader who brings strategic insight, sound judgment, and integrity to every decision. You excel at navigating complex issues with a balance of legal rigor and practical solutions, fostering collaboration across diverse teams while guiding others with confidence and clarity. Your ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships ensures that you not only safeguard compliance but also enable progress and innovation for the organization.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on complex issues, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Lead and develop legal teams, fostering collaboration while managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Oversee and negotiate high‑impact contracts, real estate transactions, and leasing agreements with precision and sound judgment.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and represent the Chief Legal Counsel when needed, driving effective solutions across the organization.
What You Offer
J.D. Required.
Membership in the Massachusetts Bar.
12+ years of complex transactional experience, including commercial leasing, real estate development, construction, procurement, contracting, finance, environmental matters, and business law in a corporation, public agency, or law firm setting with knowledge and skill in complex legal and public policy.
