Position Overview Sonrava Health is seeking a Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Periodontist to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a Dental Home concept and make a significant impact on patient care in our state‑of‑the‑art facilities.

Advanced Periodontic treatment opportunities, including implant placement and other surgical procedures
Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with specialists and general dentists to deliver optimal care
Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to:
Implant Placement
Overdentures
Osseous Surgery
Crown Lengthening
Bone Grafts
Fenectomy
Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety
Eligibility and Credentials
Current Dental License in the state where you will practice
Periodontic Certificate from an accredited U.S. Dental University
Current CPR Card
NPI Number
DEA Certificate
Immigration Sponsorship For eligible candidates we offer sponsorship programs including OPT, H‑1B, TN, and Green Card in select regions.
