Responsibilities
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler, prepare all products, use all proprietary technology, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Lead orientation and on‑the‑job training for new hires and existing employees on store products and procedures.
Conduct inventory counts, create schedule and staff the store, run food and labor while in charge of shift.
Communicate effectively: give correct written instructions and process orders verbally and over the phone.
Essential Functions / Skills
Basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and accurate monetary change making.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for orders.
Motor coordination: precise hand/finger movements and ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing: telephone communication, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.
Temperament: directing activities, repetitive tasks, teamwork, working under stress, meeting quality control standards, interacting with people, analyzing data, and making judgments and decisions.
Standing: tasks mostly performed from a standing position; walking on tile/linoleum; work surfaces 36–48”.
Walking: short distances for deliveries.
Sitting: paperwork at a desk.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stacking to 72”.
Carrying: loads ranging from 3 pounds to 30 pounds.
Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area.
Pushing/Pulling: moving trays on dollies.
Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders.
Stoop/Bend and Crouch/Quad: occasional.
Reaching: up to 72” upwards, downwards, and forward.
Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, continuous use of hands, shaping dough, using tools, and handling equipment.
Technology All employees must use Domino’s technology: Driver app (drivers), Digital Shoulder Surf (DSS) (CSR), and Car Side Delivery.
