Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Hospital Medicine Department. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), you will provide care to patients, obtain detailed histories, perform physical examinations, order and interpret imaging, lab tests, and diagnostic procedures, and educate patients on therapeutic regimens and pre/post‑operative instructions. You will maintain records, write progress notes, and follow patients through their course of treatment in both clinic and hospital settings. Collaboration with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes is essential. Prescribing pharmacologic and non‑pharmacologic therapies, demonstrating evidence‑based practice, and participating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of practice are part of your role. You will assess patient and family learning needs, employ strategies to promote health, and work autonomously within interdisciplinary teams. You will contribute to safety outcomes and high‑quality patient experience, support the organization’s strategic plan, and adhere to all Endeavor Health policies and procedures.
