Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is seeking a patient-centric, collaborative OBGYN Advanced Practitioner to join our growing MFM team in the Department of Women's Health in Phoenix, Arizona.
Group of 7 CNMs and 9 MD's
Why the opening? Patient access consistent clinic coverage, manage medication refills, Proxy for providers during PTA.
Case mix/patient population: General OB GYN - AHCCCS /Commercial and Self Pay.
Projected Volumes: 18-24 patients in clinic per 8 hour day in clinic.
Outpatient and consults.
Typical week: Salary position 40 hour work week.
No call
Be member of a fantastic team including genetic counselors, sonographers, RNs, diabetic educator, and dedicated office/support staff
Job Requirements PA Requirements:
Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Must hold and maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant.
Valid DEA registration.
Must meet credentialing criteria.
NP Requirements:
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
Graduate of accredited program for Nurse Practitioners
Compact state or Arizona RN license
Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license
Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC
Valid DEA registration
Must meet credentialing criteria.
