established OSAT Semiconductor Manufacturing facility
in the Phoenix AZ vicinity, and are seeking an Director of Procurement, to join the team and lead in building a new 2M+ sq. ft. semiconductor manufacturing facility site.
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Supply Chain/ Procurement to lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our global supply chain. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance across procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management functions.
Responsibilities
Strategic development to implement comprehensive supply chain strategies focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and optimized distribution.
Cross-functional collaboration with Business Units, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders to align supply chain goals with broader business objectives.
Supervise daily operations such as PO, Costing, Inventory, Tracking, Product Specifications, and MRP management for data accuracy
Build strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, negotiations, contract development, and performance QBR assessments
Design and implement efficient logistics and distribution systems to support timely delivery and cost control.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies across all supply chain activities.
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, price analysis, or inventory management.
Proven leadership and team management experience at a senior level.
Working experience with software systems, ERPs like SAP, Advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Extensive knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to travel for international business reasons for periods of 3 to 6 months
