We are currently seeking an

Executive Director (Administrator)

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a healthcare leader in assisted living, long‑term care, or a related field.

Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.

Strong background in setting performance expectations, coaching, providing feedback, nurturing positive team and company culture, managing change, delegating effectively, and resolving conflicts.

Dedication to working with seniors with memory impairment in a culturally diverse workforce.

State‑specific licensure strongly preferred.

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations.

Comfortable working in an environment with pets and assisting in the care of community pets (dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, etc.).

May be required to work outside of regular hours depending on business needs.

What you’ll be doing

Embrace and practice the mission, principles, and values of Silverado.

Provide guidance to community staff, empower department leaders, and oversee community operations.

Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and County regulations.

Guarantee that Total Quality Management (TQM) principles are taught to staff and implemented consistently.

Partner with Talent Acquisition for successful hiring outcomes.

Provide counsel and direction as necessary to all staff, review evaluations, and recommend advancement and compensatory changes.

Foster open communication with residents, their families, and friends to maintain a peaceful environment and respond to requests, complaints, and input to establish care standards.

Assume responsibility for the financial operation of the community by developing, implementing, and administering budgets, and overseeing business office operations.

Anticipated pay range:

$200,000 – $225,000 USD
