Job Description Summary As the Patient Care Solutions Market General Manager (PCS MGM), you will lead a team of Product Sales Specialists in Patient Monitoring throughout the Pacific Northwest (Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii). You will impact the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives. You will have independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and guidelines. High levels of commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead a regional sales team for PCS product portfolio.
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Pacific Northwest territory.
Maintain commercial awareness and influence strategy for broad sales territory.
Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
Make decisions using high level judgment for complex tasks.
Manage a small to medium team of senior professionals and functional teams with minimal resources and risk.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and minimum 8 years of consultative sales experience in healthcare.
Strong knowledge of PCS products.
Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers in solution-based sales.
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues.
Willingness to live and travel within the Pacific Northwest Region.
Must live within the Pacific Northwest Region (Northern CA, OR, WA).
Desired Characteristics
Previous experience managing sales professionals.
Prefer 8+ years Healthcare capital equipment sales experience.
Prior experience in a large company matrix environment.
Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels.
Prior GE HealthCare experience.
Demonstrated experience with sales tools (Outlook, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.).
Compensation Pay range $126,480.00–$189,720.00 annual. Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
