Evening and Nights Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Mon-Fri 12am-8am
Compensation:
$40.04 – $49.92/hr + $15,000 sign-on bonus
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform routine and specialized imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will prepare patients for imaging, ensure high-quality diagnostic results, and adhere to hospital-wide customer service and quality assurance programs. This position requires professional judgment in performing diagnostic and special procedure radiographic imaging.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and select special procedure radiographic imaging.
Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure comfort and safety.
Adhere to hospital-wide customer service programs and protocols.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain high standards of care.
Travel to multiple ambulatory practice locations as required (Hawthorne, Yonkers, White Plains).
Complete orientation and training, including Radiation Dose Pledge (Image Gently & Image Wisely).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited radiography program (allied health or hospital-based).
NY State DOH Licensure or Limited Permit required.
ARRT-RT certification and/or Registered RT (R) required.
Continuing education (CE) requirements must be maintained (24 CE credits over two years depending on birth year).
BLS certification through the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.
DOH IV certification preferred or completed within 6 months of orientation.
