Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (AM shift)

Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually

Job Summary To support our growth, we’re looking for an exceptional Production Executive Chef to join our team with Bon Appetit at Google!

The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall culinary experience of production, including quality and innovation. This role oversees daily operations and administrative tasks such as financial management, sanitation and safety, to ensure culinary and operational excellence. Collaborating with the Campus Executive Chef and key stakeholders across departments, the Executive Chef will uphold food standards, enhance the user experience and promote Food program expectations.

The great things you will do

Manage workplace and food safety, including allergen management

Passion for quality food preparation and taste

Manage high‑volume production schedule and facility

Follow all menu and production/prep expectations and guides, opening/closing checklist, and responsibility guides

Set an expectation of teamwork that is friendly and engaging

Train and develop team members

Ensure employee reviews, coaching sessions and disciplinary actions are delivered professionally and timely

Ensure that all products and ingredients purchased follow sector and Food Program purchasing standards and sustainability commitments

Meet all timelines for payroll, service, accounts receivables, human resources, corporate office and other partner timelines

Ensure all hiring and training standards are met

What we look for in a candidate

Degree from a post‑secondary culinary arts training program – preferred but not required

Ability to drive and enhance a culture of Food and Workplace Safety

Minimum of 2 years Chef de Cuisine experience

Strong passion for great food and hospitality

Culinary production experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in computer and technical skills, working knowledge of Google Suite tools

Managing in a Union Environment is a plus

ServSafe Certification preferred
