Restaurant General Manager in Training

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership : Lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth, efficient service. Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence.
Team Management & Development : Manage scheduling, training, onboarding new hires, coach and mentor team, identifying and developing future leaders.
Quality & Guest Experience : Uphold high food quality standards, monitor service, proactively address guest feedback to ensure exceptional dining experience.
Safety & Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections and training.
Financial Oversight : Optimize staff schedules, balance labor costs with service needs; support District Manager with budgeting, inventory management, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, performance analysis.
Proven leadership and people‑management skills, building high‑performing teams.
