General Manager Our General Managers oversee all aspects of the store with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. You’ll start as early as 4 am to bake and open the store.
Responsibilities During the day you’ll make sure the store is audit ready, catering, mobile, and in‑store orders are executed, and customers have an exceptional experience. You’ll float in all positions during rushes, keep up on breaks, and generate good customer survey results. After closing at 2 pm you’ll complete the 30–45 minute close procedure, order inventory, and take the daily deposit to the bank.
Qualifications
1–3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands‑on operator who can motivate and inspire the team.
Prior exposure to P&L analysis and strategies for achieving food‑cost goals and labor targets.
Recruiting and developing internal talent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
