Support the Records Management Group (RMG) for a US government customer. Ensure compliance with the Federal Records Management Act, statutes, federal regulations, and IC policies, including CFR, USC, and NARA mandates. The RMG trains and assists the customer workforce in developing and implementing Records Control Schedules (RCS), supporting digital and paper records, and guiding best practices throughout the record lifecycle. Implement and evaluate RCSs addressing records from creation to disposition for both paper and electronic formats, coordinating with NARA and supporting a media-neutral approach. Perform physical records archiving as directed, and develop or review training content on records management. Provide support and training to customer personnel, and coordinate with IC elements on policies, classified records, and CUI handling, supporting relevant IC committees. Advise government offices on reorganizing and cleaning shared drives, and support the implementation of electronic records management systems (ERMS). Identify, document, and coordinate Privacy Act SORNs with the Civil Liberties, Privacy, and Transparency office, submitting to the Federal Register as required. Develop plans for identifying and protecting essential records, contribute to compliance reports, and support system reviews and implementations. #SpaceIntel Qualifications: BA/BS with 3+ years of experience or no degree with 9+ years of experience. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. Experience supporting IC records management and ensuring compliance with federal statutes and policies. Experience implementing RCS, developing office file plans, and aiding in records disposition per NARA guidance. Strong organizational skills and experience developing SOPs.
