The Corporate Sustainability Manager, Manufacturing will: Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for GHG emissions (Scopes 1, 2, 3), water, and waste across global sites. Lead Scope 3 and life cycle analysis (LCA) initiatives, establishing systems and processes for accurate tracking. Drive sustainability strategy and culture in collaboration with cross-functional teams and site EHS staff. Develop tools, technical content, and best practices to support data accuracy and process consistency. Support compliance with sustainability regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Monitor regulatory trends and assess their impact on company operations. Lead third-party sustainability disclosures (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, TCFD) and stakeholder engagement. Support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing energy, water use, GHG emissions, and waste. Manage SBTi strategy, including target setting, third-party data validation, and net-zero planning. Communicate sustainability performance and compliance to internal and external stakeholders. Guide operational teams in risk mitigation and sustainability integration into core business functions. Represent the company in industry groups and mentor internal teams to build sustainability expertise. Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of experience in sustainability or EHS roles with sustainability responsibilities in a manufacturing setting. Previous experience in a Sustainability Manager position a plus. Practical, hands-on experience with environmental compliance and core sustainability topics (e.g., GHG, water, waste). Strong data management skills in carbon accounting, including Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions and life cycle analysis (LCA). Familiarity with voluntary disclosures and frameworks such as CDP, EcoVadis, and TCFD. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders in lean, fast-paced environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and leadership levels. Demonstrated ability to drive results, take ownership, and lead projects independently. Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and sustainability reporting systems is a plus. Operational EHS background or experience in related technical fields preferred. Prior career transitions from engineering, science, or EHS into sustainability roles are valued. Willing and able to travel up to 25%, including international locations.
