About the Opportunity We're recruiting on behalf of our client, Health + Recovery 88, Inc., a franchisee of the rapidly growing SweatHouz brand, to hire a dependable and detail-oriented Part Time Studio Cleaner. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience at the Ohio City, Strongsville, and Avon studios. Job Summary As a Part Time Studio Cleaner, you'll make sure every guest enters a spotless, refreshed, and welcoming space. You'll handle quick and thorough suite turnovers after each session and keep high cleanliness standards across the entire studio. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a clean and organized environment, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to health, wellness, and service. Job Responsibilities Studio Cleanliness & Turnover Perform efficient, high-quality turnover of each private suite between guest sessions, including sanitization of the infrared sauna and shower. Ensure all cold plunge and sauna areas meet hygiene and safety standards. Restock studio supplies as needed, including towels, cold compresses, toiletries, and more. Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, front desk, and common areas throughout each shift. Laundry & Inventory
Manage studio laundry from start to finish: washing, drying, folding, and organizing. Keep towel and cold compress supplies fully stocked and ready for guests. Restroom Sanitation
Clean and restock restrooms regularly during shift hours. Ensure all hygiene products, hand towels, and trash bins are maintained and replenished.
Team Support & Brand Representation Work efficiently and independently, managing responsibilities with minimal supervision. Represent the SWTHZ brand with professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude. Follow all brand policies, procedures, and safety protocols consistently. Job qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and time management. Comfortable with physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Self-motivated, reliable, and service-oriented. Compensation & Perks
