Overview Proliance Consulting is hiring motivated individuals with sales/business development experience, preferably in technology consulting services, staffing, or software sales to generate new business and deepen relationships with prospective clients. This position is an internal, 100% remote, full-time role at Proliance Consulting. This role requires building and growing new relationships with key decision-makers throughout all levels of Proliances prospective clients, identifying opportunities, and properly positioning Proliances services offerings. You will need a strong customer service perspective and demonstrate a clear understanding of strategic account management. In addition, you will need to identify and prioritize target clients by analyzing market trends and client needs to focus business development efforts effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders who are responsible for talent acquisition. You will need to collaborate with this team to evaluate the candidates fit per our clients requirements. Responsibilities Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. Scheduling client meetings through phone calls, in-person visits, and other technological resources. Increase the number of new opportunities in the sales pipeline, effectively drive the opportunities through the funnel, to a closed contract. Work closely with new and existing clients to fully understand their specific staffing requirements. Perform all sales facets, from building new relationships, cultivating existing ones, responding to questions and concerns, and coming up with creative ideas to help your clients support and grow their business. Regularly conducts monthly and quarterly meetings (virtually & onsite) with clients. Stays abreast of leading industry trends and sales best practices. Negotiates new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments. Participate in morning and afternoon meetings with your recruiting team. Use CRM to organize a client and prospect pipeline. Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services. Build relationships with consultants on assignment with clients to monitor engagement and develop deeper understanding of client. Qualifications At least 7 years proven outside direct sales including developing sales strategies, experience with focus in consultative and conducting cold calls, making sales solution-oriented sales approaches. Proven record of identifying new opportunities, assessing them and achieving success True hunter mentality. Ability to understand complex content and related content around industry issues, client needs and Proliances service offerings. Keep client information and sales leads up to date in CRM. Requires a strong business awareness, impeccable presentation, and interpersonal skills as well as drive, determination and that most elusive quality that is belief. Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results; lead relationship-building activities with C-Level executives including CEO, VPs, CTO and Business Executives. Ability to understand and accurately apply a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to navigate a customer through sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely. Must be willing and able to meet with clients out-of-office or at after-hour events. In addition to a competitive annual salary and commission, all full-time positions at Proliance Consulting offer a comprehensive benefits package.
