Manage and coordinate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process Oversee failure analysis and collaborate with engineering teams Track and report on quality metrics related to customer returns Work with manufacturing to implement corrective and preventive actions Communicate with customers regarding quality issues and resolutions Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product returns Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; BSEE preferred but not required 5-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, especially in failure analysis Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate across departments Able to assist engineers in failure analysis and technical reporting Ability to communicate effectively with external customers and engineering teams Experience in data mining, reporting, and managing RMA performance metrics such as PPM and cycle time What's On Offer
