Job Description

• Develop and implement inspection and test plans for products and processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive resolution.
• Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure quality standards.
• Review and approve quality documentation and reports.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and manage supplier-related quality issues.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001) and regulatory standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with GD&T, inspection methods, and precision measurement tools.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with supplier quality management and audits.
• ASQ certification (CQE or similar) preferred but not required.
