Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed Assist with the preparation of internal and external audit requests Help streamline accounting processes through automation and use of financial systems Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as FP&A, operations, and engineering on financial data and reporting needs Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience; tech or SaaS industry experience is a plus Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle) preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer
