Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, prepaid expenses, and inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Merchandising, to ensure proper financial reporting. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain and improve accounting processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods. Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger functions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
