About the Role: We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Website Developer & HubSpot Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on website development expertise with deep knowledge of HubSpot's CRM, CMS, marketing, and automation tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring our digital presence is modern, scalable, and optimized to drive engagement and leads. Location: 222 N Lasalle Street, Chicago, IL 60601 - In Office Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Management: Design, build, and maintain responsive, SEO-optimized websites (primarily on WordPress). Change DNS records and redirect websites. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop user-friendly web experiences that align with brand goals. Implement website performance improvements, analytics tracking, A/B testing, and accessibility standards. Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs or issues in a timely manner. HubSpot CRM & Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including contact segmentation, workflows, pipelines, and automation. Develop and maintain landing pages, forms, emails, and templates in HubSpot CMS. Build and refine marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and support campaigns. Ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and integrations with other platforms. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on web projects, campaign builds, and CRM solutions. Provide technical guidance on best practices for lead generation, user experience, and funnel optimization. Train and support team members on HubSpot tools and website editing as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus), including CMS, CRM, workflows, forms, and marketing automation. Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, UX/UI, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and/or Zapier. Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required): Design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva. Experience with other CRM/marketing platforms.
