Oversee K-12 construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to meet project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all job sites. Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations proactively. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including school officials and project managers. Review and approve blueprints, plans, and other construction documents. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment. A successful Traveling Superintendent - K-12 should have: Experience managing construction projects in the K-12 education sector.
