Manage on-site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets established standards. Travel extensively to project sites across various locations, with Dallas as the primary base. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and work with blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods to project sites. A background in business services or construction industry experience is highly advantageous. What's on Offer
