Thursday 3PM to 11:30 PM Pay: $19.88 per hour Main Ingredients of the Job! Washing exterior of tractors, interior of trailers, and moving equipment around the truck yard. Check oil, wash windows, check tire pressures, and maintain proper fluid levels in tractors and T-K units. Report service issues to the maintenance shop. Keep track of assigned jobs by logging in and out of the maintenance system. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines. What you bring to the table: High school diploma/GED preferred Ability to drive and operate fleet equipment, tractor, trailer, and service vehicles Ability to perform cleaning activities on all fleet equipment Ability to assess trailer/tractor sanitation requirement Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be willing to work an irregular schedule to include any shift, weekends, and holidays Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written communications CDL Class A preferred Related Experience/Requirements: Must have a valid state Driver's License Ability to drive and operate Fleet equipment, tractor, trailer, and service vehicles Must have the ability to work Sunday - Thursday shift Physical Requirements: Bending, stooping, and occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs Your efforts as a TRUCK WASHER are the foundation that defines US FOODS success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service. The expected base rate for this role is between $19.00 and $24.00 per hour. This role will also receive overtime compensation as applicable.
