Job Description

Provide executive-level administrative support to the lead restructuring partner and legal team. Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and scheduling for meetings and court hearings. Draft and edit legal documents, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including court-related sessions and client calls. Handle time entry and monthly billing, ensuring compliance with U.S. Bankruptcy Court guidelines. Liaise with billing teams on fee applications, narrative edits, and time entry reviews. Open new matters and maintain legal file organization systems. Monitor court deadlines, dockets, and case developments. Coordinate court filings and ensure proper documentation and archiving. Support onboarding and maintain team records, rosters, and distribution lists. Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce administrative workload. Has 7+ years of legal administrative experience, with at least 3 years focused on restructuring, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation. Demonstrates deep familiarity with bankruptcy court billing procedures and compliance standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office, legal billing platforms (Intapp, Aderant, Elite), and document systems like iManage. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with discretion and professionalism. Ideally has experience working in a top-tier (Am Law 100) legal environment. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and handles sensitive information with care. What's On Offer
