We’ve started by reimagining the enterprise customer experience with a support use case. We believe that today’s support experience is broken: slow and painful for customers, and expensive and human capital intensive for companies.

We are building Maven to deliver better, cheaper support, for both end users and agents. With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today’s cost.

Position Overview

Maven AGI is looking for a seasoned

Partnerships Marketing Manager

to lead and scale our co-marketing efforts with strategic partners. You’ll collaborate with product marketing, sales, and business development teams to build and execute impactful joint marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through our partner ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role—ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You’ll be the go-to lead for all marketing initiatives involving partners, from content creation and messaging alignment to events, campaigns, and performance tracking.

What You’ll Do

Partner Strategy & Planning

– Define and drive a partner marketing strategy that aligns with GTM goals and unlocks joint value from our ecosystem relationships.

Co-Marketing Campaigns

– Lead the creation and execution of co-branded campaigns, events, digital experiences, and product launches with key partners.

Asset Development

– Collaborate on joint messaging and oversee the development of marketing assets including landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.

Project Management

– Manage partner marketing workstreams end to end—tracking deliverables, approvals, and timelines across multiple teams and organizations.

Executive & Partner Comms

– Serve as the marketing point-of-contact for partner teams, ensuring alignment on positioning, joint goals, and campaign plans.

Performance Reporting

– Set KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and report on ROI, providing insights that inform future strategy and resource allocation.

Sales & GTM Alignment

– Partner closely with sales and product marketing to ensure joint campaigns drive pipeline and support sales motions.

Brand Consistency

– Ensure all partner-facing materials reflect Maven AGI’s brand voice, positioning, and quality standards.

Events & Field Collaboration

– Support joint event sponsorships, partner activations, and webinar programs that extend our reach and relevance with enterprise audiences.

Who You Are

8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on partner or ecosystem marketing Proven track record of building and executing co-marketing initiatives with enterprise tech partners Exceptional project management skills—you’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple initiatives at once Strong writing and communication skills; you know how to tell a compelling joint value story Experience working cross-functionally with GTM, brand, sales, and product teams Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution—you can build a plan and bring it to life Enterprise tech experience required; startup or high-growth environment a plus Deep curiosity and excitement about AI, enterprise innovation, and partner ecosystems
