Traveling Superintendent
Duties: Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met Ability to predict and overcome project challenges Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work Maintain OSHA requirements Mentor less experienced construction professionals Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors Utilize Procore Travel required MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
